An assistant will meet you at the terminal entrance.
You will recognize the assistant by a sign with your name. You can choose a different sign during your booking—it's free.
We recommend arriving at the airport two hours before departure to allow you to go through security at your own pace.
You can choose your meeting location with the assistant—just call the airport one hour before your arrival to arrange it. We will send you your number within 24 hours.
The service includes:
Check-in
The assistant will help you obtain your boarding pass and check in your baggage.
Customs Control
Declare valuables and cash with the assistant's help.
Passport Control
Your documents will be checked earlier than those of other passengers.
Security Check
Your personal belongings will be checked more quickly before your flight.
Escort to the lounge or boarding gate
An assistant will escort you directly to the boarding gate or to the lounge, if you have access. However, you will need to proceed from the lounge to the boarding gate unaccompanied.

A baggage porter will carry your suitcases from the meeting point to the check-in counter.
