It is necessary to arrive at the VIP lounge no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure. The passenger goes to the VIP lounge on his own. If necessary, the staff will meet the passenger at the terminal, help with luggage and escort them to the VIP lounge. In this case, the time and exact place of the meeting will be agreed in advance. The passenger must approach the service representative and introduce himself.
After the procedure of pre-checking baggage and hand luggage, the VIP lounge agent independently checks in for the flight and checks out the luggage, while the passenger is accommodated in a comfortable waiting room. The staff will also help you go through passport and customs control procedures. After boarding the flight, the passenger will be taken to the aircraft ramp in a separate car.
