Departure procedure.
It is necessary to arrive at the VIP terminal no earlier than 1.5 hours before the flight departure. The staff meets the passenger at the terminal and escorts him to the VIP lounge. After the pre-baggage and carry-on baggage check-in procedure, the VIP lounge agent independently checks in for the flight and checks out the luggage, while the passenger is accommodated in a comfortable waiting room. The staff will also help you go through passport and customs control procedures.
Before departure, the passenger will be personally invited to undergo a quick pre-flight inspection in a special section of the VIP lounge. After boarding the flight, the passenger will be taken to the aircraft ramp on a separate transport with an escort.
Arrival procedure.
An employee of the VIP lounge greets a passenger with a nameplate at the exit from the teletrap in the terminal. In the case of remote aircraft parking, the passenger is expected at the ramp and escorted to the VIP terminal in a separate car. The passenger must approach the VIP lounge agent on their own.
Passengers undergo individual passport control and customs inspection at special counters in the VIP lounge. The passenger spends the time before baggage claim in a comfortable waiting room. The baggage is collected by the staff themselves according to the passenger's baggage receipts and delivered to the VIP lounge or parking lot.
